When I bought my first cyberspace address, (sunnyutah.com) I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do with it at the time, just one of those "gotta have one" type of things.  A few years later my husband and I built a home in Leeds, UT and were anxious to sell the one we were about to leave behind.

We were really confused about what web site to place an ad on, there were many, but would people actually find our ad? So...we placed an ad in the local paper.

We were shocked at the volume of calls we received, not only from the immediate area but from people out of state that had requested a copy of the local paper, wishing to relocate to the St George area and ready to place a deposit to secure a home when they got here. They of course wanted to see pictures.

Ah…sunnyutah.com I quickly uploaded some pictures on my sunnyutah.com page, no fancy background, no text, just pictures highlighting our home.

We sold our home within 3 weeks and with the money we saved on commissions, we were able to purchase new furnishings for our new home and invest the rest.

I realize our situation may be extraordinary, but I came to the conclusion that if it could happen to us why not give others a chance to experience the same blessing and that is what sunnyutah.com is all about.

My goal is to provide a top-notch internet tool, created exclusively for home sellers located in Utah. Through my commitment and experience I hope to establish a personal/business relationship with customers that will last a lifetime!  I look forward to working with you!
