Who can list
their home or property?
Anyone as long as the
home or property is located in Utah! Any other properties will be deleted
and payment will not be refunded. Any home owner, property owner, business owner,
real estate agent, developer, contractor,
etc. can list their home or property.
What is the
time limit on "until sold"?
Your ad will remain posted for 1 year unless
you cancel it before that time. But please be considerate
and cancel your ad if your home or property has been sold.
Will I be notified before my ad
expires?
Yes, you will be notified 7 days before your ad is to expire via email. At that time you can renew your
ad or it will just automatically expire.
How do I place an ad on
sunnyutah.com?
Click

Place An Ad
then just follow the instructions there. You will
be asked to create an account, remember to write
down your user name, password so that you can edit
or delete your ad anytime.
How do I
upload my pictures and how many can I upload?
sunnyutah.com makes it very easy
for you to upload your own photos. The information in this section assumes that you
already have your photos stored on your computer, floppy disk, etc.
You can load up to 10 photos immediately after your listing has been
completed.
Just follow the simple instructions! Or you can add your listing
now, then add your photos later, by logging into the edit feature.
What if I cannot up load my pictures myself?

If you want the pictures returned, you
must include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
What if I forget my password?
No problem.
When you go in to edit or delete an ad. Just click
on forgot my password and one will be emailed to
you. If by chance you forgot both your user
name and password, just email us with a request and
we will send it to you.
